Description
Chevy LIVE is an interactive platform that brings the showroom experience online. Through live video tours of Chevy vehicles, real-time Product Specialists guide users, answer questions, and provide in-depth information — all in a dynamic, no-pressure environment designed to educate and inspire.
The Problem
The previous design failed to clearly communicate the purpose and value of Chevy LIVE, leaving first-time users confused about what to expect.
Additionally, a broader awareness gap with potential buyers unaware a live service existed.

Proposed Wireframe
Solution
Based on the research performed, the UX team developed wireframes with the goal to improve clarity, sentiment and expectations.
Although the design was constrained by a strict authoring tool, the immediate area of focus was the masthead: clear and concise copy to explain the offering paired with a visual using environmental representation with direct access to a more precise explainer video.
Improved visibility above the fold was key. A newly designed tabbed carousel was introduced, featuring looping animations to break down the process — whether users were interested in a one-on-one session or a group tour depending on their needs.
